To expedite your request, please have the style, model, and item number of your tent available when you call. This number may be found on a small white tag sewn onto the interior wall of the tent - usually around the door. Pricing and availability of poles, flys, etc, may be verified immediately when you call us with that number.
Tent poles are available for approximately ten years from the date of manufacture.
Service hours are 7:00am to 7:00pm CST, Monday thru Friday, and Saturday from 7:00am to Noon during peak season (summer months). Non-peak season hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday thru Friday.
